$4.5 Million CTS Call for Proposals

News release: Schools receive $4.5 million for career and technology studies improvements.

Alberta Education and Skills Canada Alberta are seeking proposals from all school jurisdictions, Francophone authorities and charter schools interested in exploring innovative ways to support specific educational goals for secondary students by enhancing CTS equipment and tools. The emphasis of the Call is on initiatives that demonstrate innovative use of CTS equipment to improve the student experience in Grades 9–12, and will be carried out in the 2008/2009 and 2009/2010 school years. Successful applicants must agree to participate in knowledge sharing activities coordinated by Alberta Education and Skills Canada Alberta.

The deadline for Intent to Submit forms is Friday, October 19, 2007 at 12:00 noon MST.
The submission deadline for proposals is Friday, November 30, 2007 at 12:00 noon MST.
